School Champion Almudena Ines Soler Navarro

Today, National Spelling Bee Puerto Rico celebrates School Champion Almudena Ines Soler Navarro from Colegio San Antonio Abad.

Almudena Soler Navarro is a known face to the Scripps National Spelling Bee community. The Puerto Rico champion in both 2018 and 2019, she represented the island with pride at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington DC, placing 42nd out of more than 500 participants both times! When she is not spelling, Almudena enjoys spending time practicing ballet, crocheting, and drawing. She hopes to be able to win the Spelling Bee two more times and place in the top 40 in the Washington D.C. competition. Congrats on Almudena on being her school’s 2019-2020 Spelling Bee School Champion!

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be a champion at your school! Registration has now opened for the 2020-2021 Scripps National Spelling Bee, sponsored by Eureka Enrichment Services in Puerto Rico. www.spellingbee.com
